It was bound to happen

The guy with the limo service finally decided to park one of the Hummers right across the street.
Grrr!

Fortunately, it was only there a couple of hours.

As a happier development in the inevtable, our first agapanthus of the season has bloomed . . .

and two more are on the way . . .

and the Angel's Trumpet in the backyard is yielding . . .

a bounty of blooms . . .

Prrr.

It is beautiful, isn't it? And in a few days, they all drop down and drape themselves over everything in their downward path. So I'll sweep and they'll bloom again. Actually, they'll bloom again whether I sweep or not.

Your neighbor has the nerve! That thing takes up four parking places. I'm coordinating a wedding and had the hardest time finding a beautiful car to carry the couple because every rental company has those ugly, obnoxious things. We finally found some classic car owners willing to do the job. Whew!

Love your blog by the way. Thanks for your comment on mine.
